Refund policy

In the event that you receive your items damaged, defective, or incorrect shipped merchandise (as a result of shipping faults), we will gladly replace your item(s) with the same item(s) originally ordered without any extra charges for shipping and handling. To receive your item, please notify our customer service department within eight days of receiving the damaged item at orders@furqaanbookstore.com.tr, and please share some photos, if possible.
